The wines will be presented by the actual winemaker from the Diamantakis Winery in Greece. Adam Mychak would like to invite everyone to Alto Lounge in Shadyside on April 14th. From 8:00 pm until 10:00pm there will be $2.00 drafts and well drinks. Adam will be donating a complete set of bleaching trays (a $300 value!) to whomever is the last person standing in Alto Lounge at the end of the night. The rules are simple: be signed in by 830 and make a 10 dollar donation (or more)to the Cystic Fibrosis, enjoy the great drink specials, then be the last person left in Alto Lounge and win the trays.

Now you don't have to drink the entire time you are there but standing around can get pretty boring. Also in the event of a tie, the trays will go the person who has made the largest donation of the people remaining. Pittsburgh’s 50 Finest are 50 of the city’s most eligible men and women.

These outstanding single professionals have been selected on the basis of their activity in the community, success in their careers, and determination by the steering committee to be the most eligible men and women in the city.

Each of the 50 Finest is committed to raising as much money as possible for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation by the night of the party. They are counting on friends, family, co-workers, and the business community to help them to exceed their minimum goal of $2,500 and vie for the top spots currently held by alumni Heidi Marinack ($21,500 in 2007), Lisa Cibik, M.D., ($14,600 in 2003), Paul Kraisinger, D.M.D. ($14,453 in 2009), and Tara McComb ($14,372 in 2002).

Get ready to rock, roll and raise money for Cystic Fibrosis! Saturday, July 31st I'll be hosting an outdoor, poolside Battle of the Bands, using everyone's favorite video game Rockband. We'll have a giant TV set up outside, speakers on max, kegs flowin' and we'll be rockin' out in the name of CF.

I am now accepting band entries for the competition, so get the band back together and let me know ASAP so I can get you registered! Remember, each band consists of 4 members: guitar, bass, drums and vocals. Winning band takes home a booty so plentiful, we can't let the cat out of the bag just yet!

Band registration fee is $100 donation to CF. Thats only $25 per band member and it includes unlimited beer so you can party like the rockstar that you are!

Musically challenged? Don't sweat it! Just bring your bathing suit and a king's thirst for delicious brew and chill poolside while watching your friends do battle for a seriously worthy cause! $20 donation to CF for non-band members includes all you can drink beer!

WHIRL Magazine is offering a discount on any ads the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation sells for the issue featuring Pittsburgh's 50 Finest, which comes out August 1.

If your company or organization would like to take advantage of the opportunity to advertise in this popular magazine, you will save a bunch of money and at the same time help the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to raise funds.

Below is the price information for you. You will notice that the prices are way below what you would pay if you just purchased a one-time ad. And some of the smaller ads are not normally offered, so this is a rare chance to advertise at really low rates.
